:evil: ...sanding the cutaway & shoulder of a tele build.

I tried all sorts of inspired processes and came up with one that works very well...

Cutting kerfed linings for acoustic instruments, even though I've made a jig for the bandsaw. I still have to make each cut, one at a time (though I could stack them to do two - but I'd probably be more likely to screw up two at once.)
Maybe I can't fix it, but I can fix it so no one can fix it

Ah, yes. The death of 1000 cuts. :D By the way, that's pretty close to the number it takes for a dred.
I found that so tiresome I now use solid laminated linings.
