I've used it. Yes, it's splitty, but that's nothing you can't work around with linings. And yes, pre-bending will make your life easier.

That's a great tutorial, isn't it? I think it should be possible with steel, though I haven't done that specifically.

Yep, Mark. That'd been a concern. I was thinking of making some sort of label with a dire warning on it, but it seems like that won't be necessary. Thanks, all, for the help.
