Chestnut electric guitar, first build! (need help ._.)

I followed this thread, and the other one about the neck pocket foul up, closely.
Even though this guitar did not work out well, you have learned a lot of great lessons. And you have taught us along the way also.

I admire your honesty and courage to post the failures along with the successes. If we're honest, most of us have had failures, but not in such a public way. We sometimes talk about them here, but rarely are we showing pictures of them.
We are quick to post pics of the successes though!

Keep up the good work. I learned a lot about patience, and appreciation for how fortunate I am to have all the power tools at my disposal.
After watching you carve your instrument out of blocks of wood with basic hand tools, I will not complain about having to build a jig to do a job with a power tool.
