2 Dean Markley Trilogy pickup need repaired..HELP?

Both of my DM Trilogy pickups just stopped working and I would like some info about diagnostics and or someone capable of fixing. No schematic has been found yet.
Trilogy is three pickups in one - mag pickup+vol: piezo+vol: condenser mic+vol: master vol.

I am unfamiliar with them. But, if there is no output at all from any of the three sources, then the trouble is probably somewhere at the summing end. Many times these types of issues can be power related. Are you sure the pickups are getting power, is there a jack that turns the battery on? Check that first.
