Need help identifying bass pickups
I need some help identifying and/or getting some info on some bass pickups. I've done some google searching but have thus far come up empty. I got them 5+ years ago, forgot about them sitting in the back of the closet and don't remeber anything about them. The obvious is they are j bass humbucker-ish style pups with 4 coils each coil having its own leads and adjustable poles. The only marking on them is a sticker with the #'s 9/84-5-. They remind me of the dimarzio DP-126 bass pups but in humbucker form, but that's in looks only which doesn't say much. Any info on them or something that would point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. I've included some pics if that helps any.

Re: Need help identifying bass pickups
I think they look like four P-bass style pickups clustered together. Each coil has its own wiring.

I've seen tags like that on Schaller products. This led me to discover this is a pickup for the Kramer "Duke" bass which was their headless bass. It was wired with a 3 way toggle yielding the 4 coils in series (this of each row as a jazz bass pick up), two coils in series (like a p-bass) and the top pick up in parallel with the bottom pick up. I have a bmp of a wiring diagram, but can't upload it. I will attempt to send it to you via personal e-mail.

Awsome, thank you Joshua. I was able to google the wiring diagram you mentioned now that I know what I have. I will probably do a custom wiring tho when I get to that project. Each coil having it's own leads... OOOHHHHH the possibilities!
