Having just completed my DIY heat pipe, I would now like to build my own rosette cutter...however, there is very little information online about this. My hope is that some of you can post some tips, tricks, and maybe even some of your own designs for consideration. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

A router with a spiral bit does a nice, easy job, and cuts out the soundhole later.
