The clearest oil and what abour decalc or paint

Post by Marc Lavertu »

Hi!

My guitar project goes well. Now, I'm working on the neck.

I'm familiar with oil finish. I use Tung oil once before but…

I want to use oil on the neck but don't want to get a yellowish kind of finish.

Witch oil will not change the color of the wood?

AND Can a use some decal, paint or stain for my logo if I'm going to use oil finish.

Thank's again for your help

All of the drying oils I know of increase the color saturation of the wood so that it looks darker. They also all yellow with age.

You could try Osmo polyx Raw oil but think it dries matte
