Clean up for weld-on

Post by Robert Smallwood »

Hi.

I have bound a neck somewhat sloppily and now i have to clean up a lot of weld-on on the fingerboard (ebony).

What's a good safe clean up for weld-on in these circumstances?

Thanks,
Rob.

I've never tried to clean it off chemically because it sands/scrapes off so nicely.
