I'm looking for a good diagram for the above configuration.

I have 2 single coils, and want 1 Master Volume. 1 Tone. & 1 Blend pot.

I have been cruising around trying to find a diagram that works. I downloaded this one:

Somehow this one doesn't look correct at the Tone pot.
Can you help me?

You're right, that's wrong. Try this one - basically attach the output (middle lug of volume) and jack tip to the middle lug of the tone. Or you could leave as is and run the cap from the middle lug to ground.

Thanks Peter!
I figured that was the way it had to go, but wasn't perfectly certain.

Keep in mind that different brands of blend pots have inverted wiring. If you wire the blend pot up and get nothing in the center detent position then you'll need to switch the ground and hot wires. Once you get it working again you'll often realize that the neck and bridge lugs are also reversed.
