Re: 100 mile guitar ??

I have made a nylon string kind of guitar using Yellow Cedar for back an sides and Port Orford cedar for the top and Spanish cedar for the neck. I've used Doug Fir for tops of acoustic guitars that I'm putting pick-up systems in. WRC for tops on Steel string and nylon string guitars.

Re: Neck angle, action

Is there a belly in the top? Have you ever tried a bridge doctor? I think they work great is some incidences. I think they sometimes make the guitar sound better.

Neck reset 12 string maderira

Has anyone reset the neck on a Madeira 12 string? It was Guilds import model from Japan. I was wondering if it has a bolt on neck with a tenon or not with a tenon. I remember some of the guitars from Japan had 1 bolt and a couple of dowels to hold the neck in place.
Thanks,
Thomas
