Leon, I can assure you the ash will not be close by April. Well, actually it will, but it will be April of 2016 at the earliest if you air dry and the wood is 5/4. If it is 8/4 it is going to take longer than that unless you dry kiln and then you have the issue of stability and checking unless the k...
