Another "long time since last post"

I have been away from the forum and regular guitar building for some time, but am getting back to it as retirement is getting closer and I have more time. Just over a year ago I saw a pic online of a PRS custom 24 signature model with a Zircote top. I really liked the guitar, didn't like the price...so I figured I could build my own. It took me over a year to get this done, but I am finally at a place where it is as good as I can make it. I have run out of things to polish.
The back/neck are mahogany, the top is zircote, the binding is cocobolo. I was going to spray the finish but wasn't happy with how the prep was going so decided instead just to varnish it with a brush like I would do the back/sides of a classical guitar. The pickups came from Darkmoon in NYC, I got them with black MOP faces to complement my fingerboard inlay. I normally build classical guitars, but this is by far the most ambitious project I have ever done. It's even more fun to play
