Piezo for classical solid body nylon guitar

Well my pre-teen granddaughter took her applause .75 size nylon classical and it got stepped on.
However the neck is intact. So am thinking about building a solid body chambered nylon string guitar using the applause neck, but what I need help with is a recommendation for a piezo PU system that fits in the bridge.
The neck has the truss rod adjustment opposite end from the headstock, so will not be putting a piezo there.
So, obviously I have to buy a product blind, but would love your recommendation for a piezo pu and likely will try and find the little preamp in the library.

The MIMF preamp in the library was designed for the Fishman undersaddle transducer, but all the undersaddle transducers are similiar and should work. I've used the Fishman and also the Artec on steel strings, I couldn't tell any difference, other than the price!
I'm not a performing musician, there's probably someone here that has a better handle on the best new technology.

For mine I used the Schatten pickup with the pre-amp - great little pickup.

Here is the guitar I put it in.

And here is a short YouTube video... not the greatest sound quality... but might at least give you a rough idea.

Upon the recommendation of someone here I just ordered a piezo setup from JJB Sound. It looks very similar to K&K and the price is half of theirs so I took the plunge. Wish I could give a recommendation but this project might take a few more weeks to stringing.
