Here's the most recent build. This one is actually for a young man (16yrs) who won a guitar competition held at UTPB last March. (West Texas Guitar Festival) It's not absolutely perfect, but I am glad for the opportunity to build for someone. The guitar has a great sound and I hope to upload a link for a soundbite or video soon.
B/S - African Mahogany
Top - Cedar
Bindings - Ebony
Fretboard - ebony 650mm
headplate/ bridge - Cocobolo
Body depth at heel - 87mm
BD at butt - 95mm

Here's a quick video of me playing a short piece on the guitar. Recorded on an iPad for what that's worth.

That is one lucky young man! And your playing is not half shabby, either!

Well, I wondered how a classical guitar would sound made of African mahog. Very nice! That's one lucky young man! Thanks for posting!

Thanks guys. I think he'll be picking it up on friday. So, hopefully I'll get to play it one more time before I hand it off. That's half the fun of the build, right?

Nice guitar. Mellow sound, as I would have expected from a nicely built Mahogany classical.

Thank you Waddy. I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future. Anything finishing soon?
