Curly claro walnut bindings

Post by Christ Kacoyannakis »

Hi guys, looking for a source for some really nice super curly Claro Walnut guitar bindings for a very special project. If you know of a reliable source I would appreciate a link or contact information. Only need a few (fretboard and headstock).
Thanks!

Christ, how long would you need them and what would the dimensions be? Claro comes in a lot of variations but you might try shopping for pool cues on ebay etc. Cutting the binding is pretty quick and easy once you have the wood in hand. A call to LMII or Michael Gurian might yield exactly what you need.

Thanks David I'll give that a try. I really only need something about 24 inches long. It is just to bind the fretboard and the headstock.
