I'm wondering how one goes about viewing the included photographs. Clicking on the thumbnail doesn't open it...

Hi AJ and welcome! I think Josh's attachment is not a thumbnail, but the actual (pretty small) photo. I don't think I have thumbnails enabled at this time either.

I think this image will be full sized. I haven't re read the rules, I hope this picture isn't too big. It's my understanding that all the messages will go away anyway. If the watermarked picture is against the rules I apologise. I'll read the rules carefully before the new forum goes live. Anyway, this will show us (or at least me) if it's posted in real size, or open larger in another window.

I'm not sure the watermarked image fits within the forum rules. I just grabbed the image link from my website to see if the new software works like other forums. I think the "upload attachment" button at the bottom of the text box (while typing a reply) would host a picture using the MIMF's bandwidth. Using an image off of an external server could (????) save bandwidth for the forum, but......full sized images instead of thumbnails will make pages load slower for user with slower connections. I suppose it's a double edged sword.
