Giannini Craviola

If you have a string instrument of any kind that needs fixing, a mistake you made in building a new instrument that you need to "disappear," or a question about the ethics of altering an older instrument, ask here. Please note that it will be much easier for us to help you decide on the best repair method if you post some pictures of the problem.

Giannini Craviola

Post by Jim Ashby »

Does anyone have any information about the neck joint on these guitars? I've been offered one for cheap but the owner says it has a 'high action' . I'll be going to see it in a couple of days, if it's in sound condition but just needs a reset I'll have a go - I've always liked the shape - and restore it to a playable condition.
As always, any and all information gratefully received.
