Australian Uke

Post by marcus eyre »

Hi guys. This is my first post here. Just recently finished my first instrument. It's a tenor uke. Mahogany neck, sapelli fingerboard, plywood(!) body. Took about 40 hours to complete and sounds sweet. Very happy with it...Thinking about the next, improved upon version already! :D

Welcome to the Forum, Marcus! How about a bigger picture that we can actually see?

I like the body shape. Did you have to steam bend the plywood? How did that work out?
