This is excellent! Great work! Glad you were able to get the photos back up.

Your build sequence didn't always make sense to me, but it obviously worked. It's nice to have full project documentation to show that there are so many possible paths.

Oh, nothing major. I was mostly surprised at how early the fretboard went on in the assembly (like before joining to the body). This would just keep that prized piece of wood out of the way until things like tuner holes were drilled and pickup cavity routed. But I see how the completed neck dimensions were helpful in setting the height of the fretboard off the face for correct action and bridge height.

Enough about fiddly details, how does it sound?

There's one jack and one insert for a strap lock :)

It sounds amazing... Sound clips are still on my to do list! I do have one recording in which I use it, don't mind the playing haha

I salute you! I'm also sort of embarrassed that you're able to get much more done with much less tools than I have....and to do it extremely well.
