Laminate sides

Post by Jerry Pitt »

Do you know of anyplace that I can buy laminate sides . I have used them before and had a great deal of success with a solid top and solid back , but I bought them from a private person and would like to find a supplier

I don't know where to buy laminated sides, but the Bogdanovich book has good instructions on how to make them.

hold on.. are we talking about laminated sides or laminate sides? as in layers of wood glued together or HPL, like formica (oh, but they don't like it when you call it that.)

I'm confused too. What were you buying? Already bent sides thinned to veneer thickness? Unbent veneers from which to make sides? Already bent and assembled sides? Or decorative 1/8" plywood that you were bending into sides?
