I am searching for a replacement classical guitar machine tuner. 31.75mm spacing between pegs. 3/8 diameter peg. gear ratio aprox 12/1 or better. There are 12 teeth on the gear. The guitar is a Yamaha classical 1960's nylon guitar. g to e side, or replace both sides. Thanks. Alan Levy

Three ways you could go:
1. buy individual tuners (Shertler, Schaller or "cheapies" off ebay.)
2. plug and redrill the two outer holes to the standard 35mm (1 3/8th in.) used by most manufacturers
3. Keep looking for the 31.75 mm (1 1/4 in.) spaced tuners.
A forth way is to try to repair what you have. Sometimes you can buy a cheap set of tuners and swap the parts onto the original base plates
