Pickup wiring advice requested

I'd like to get people's opinion. I drew this diagram to wire a strat type guitar with an added 4th pickup that is always on. I'm not an wiring expert but it seemed simple enough to do by just adding the 4th single coil directly to the output lug of the switch. What do you think?
