Guitar Hero

Post by Andy Birko »

I'm noticing that the tone on my Guitar Hero guitar seems to have gone flat lately. Any advice on how to improve my tone and my score?

I think you need a really fancy sanding block to re radius the buttons. I know a guy that can help you design one. . .

Whoever that clown is is probably just trying to copy my new "mobius" sanding block.

No amount of sanding is going to improve your tone, best thing you can do is unplug it...<g>

Please excuse my ignorance on this one. I thought that this is a musical instrument maker's forum and Guitar Hero is a game.........

Hi Arn and welcome. No comment on the GH stuff though (since this is mostly for testing the forum software, we are not too serious yet).

Perhaps you're not serious Charlie....

I've switched to the "Rock Band" guitar and while I'm finding the red and green buttons sound great, I'm having intonation problems with blue, yellow and orange. I can't seem to find an adjustment for the saddles though.

Hmmm, could it be a truss rod problem?

Well, at last year's NAMM on the fender booth they had an upscale GH controller and adapter.

Yes, Roger I am. I think statistically you'll find somewhere in the neighborhood of 2% of us will be from Illinois, somewhat adjusted for population, of course. :D
